ANNALEE LEVIN is a visual artist, trained chef, and
co-owner of the Rose & Crown (Eli’s), a family-run
pub in Somerset. Her recent work contends with climate change and employs CO2 as an art medium. In 2022 she was a UK Associate at the Delfina Foundation in The Politics of Food programme where she began exploring zero waste cooking practices while interning at Silo in London. This summer she will be bringing her Climate-Conscious Cocktails project to The Artist Food Stall at Southbank Centre.

CHERRY TRULUCK is an artist and researcher, who tends towards edible, collective, collaborative and sometimes curatorial work. Her transdisciplinary work explores the possibilities of food and farming as an artistic practice, focusing particularly on temporal rhythms in agricultural systems. She met Annalee whilst they were both resident at Delfina Foundation.
Cherry is currently Artist in Residence for Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Chase + Chalke Landscape Partnership) and is working on a PhD with the UK Food Systems Centre for Doctoral Training.
